We are committed to upholding both legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. The company has control checks throughout the purchase and distribution process, including the requirement that credit card details are provided at checkout. During any part of the process, if there is any doubt of the legal age of recipient, we reserve the right to request proof of identity and proof of age. The valid forms of identification which we accept are: Passport, Photographic Driving Licence or PASS approved I.D. card. A Challenge 25 policy shall be adopted at the company premises and we will request that all partnering companies operating on our behalf (e.g. couriers) to do the same. In accordance with this policy, anybody who appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to provide evidence of proof of age. If proof is not provided or if there is any doubt about the I.D., the sale or delivery of alcohol shall be refused. Alcohol can only be purchased through our website. All payments made on our Sites are taken and managed by our payment processor Stripe. By providing your credit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder, and that you are of legal age to purchase our Services. We reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security and/or age verification checks.
At checkout there is an option to set up a subscription as a gift that does not auto-renew. When you purchase a subscription which has been set up to auto-renew you are authorising us to re-bill and take payment from the card provided on your renewal date. All subscriptions renew for the same period as the initial subscription. For example, at the end of a 3-Month subscription you will be auto renewed for another 3-Month subscription. You can change your subscription type or cancel a subscription by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Account’ section of the website or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To avoid renewal, you will need to change or cancel your subscription by midnight on the last day of the month prior to the renewal date. For example, if you do not wish to receive or pay for a subscription in October and your renewal date is the 15th of October, then you will need to have made the changes to your account by the 14th of October.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfill for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and a select number of countries within Europe. Shipping charges are calculated and added to your order at checkout depending on the shipping address that was provided. In accordance with our Age Verification policy, we cannot leave packages unattended (i.e. in a 'safe place'), so our couriers have been asked to deliver to a person at least 18 years of age and to require a signature upon delivery. As most deliveries will occur between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, we suggest that you set your shipping address to your place of employment if possible. Otherwise you will need to ensure that someone is at home or specify a neighbour, also at least 18 years of age, who will be able to receive the delivery for you.
Our couriers will typically attempt re-delivery several times and will contact you with various options for arranging re-delivery. If you fail to arrange a delivery with the courier and the package comes back to us, we will attempt one more delivery of your package the following month assuming you are due another box. In all other scenarios, you will be required to pay for the additional shipping charge to re-send your package.
If your order goes missing, between dispatch and delivery, or if your order arrives but is damaged, you must contact us within 3 days at email@example.com, including provision of photographic evidence of the damage where applicable, so that we can work with our suppliers to obtain and send you a replacement for the damaged goods as soon as possible. If for some reason we are unable to send replacement goods, we will issue you a refund.
